On Horse Reality, our server runs some automatic tasks every X minutes or hours. We thought it might be convenient to know these times, so you know when to expect anything. For example, if you have a horse that is giving birth, or when you have won an auction, but the horse isn't transported to you yet. You'll have to wait until the server has run the task and brings the horse to you.
If the interval is every 30 minutes, and it says :00 and :30, that means the task runs at 01:00, 01:30, 02:00, 02:30, etcetera. Hopefully, this information will give you a bit more insight.
